We assess the commercial potential of any project or innovation, develop associated cost-revenue models, advise on its viability and business model. We assess and size
all relevant markets segments.
Local uptake and operational strategy
We prepare and initiate local uptake, involving and engaging with regional stakeholders: SMEs, corporates, startups, public bodies, local authorities, academy, innovation intermediaries, professional networks, accelerators, research centres... We provide operational strategy advisory including risk analysis.
Impact assessment and advisory
We measure direct and indirect socio-economic outcomes (jobs, wages, revenue, value added, tax), including analogies and analysis. We also assess longer-term regional development impacts (innovation , skills , ecosystems) and advise on their enhancement.
Regional development
We deliver place-based economic development and innovation strategies centred on synergies, complementarities, cooperation opportunities and specialisation as relevant. We initiate operations involving and engaging with regional stakeholders.

ECOCIR | For SNCF Réseau, 2023
ECOCIR plans the creation of a mineral materials recycling value chain for the national railway company, where railway works byproducts are recycled into sand of aggregates for the concrete and civil engineering industries.

SEDINNOVE | For Le Havre-Rouen-Paris Port (HAROPA Port), 2022
SEDINNOVE aims at recycling marine sediments into sand for the construction and concrete industries, enabling 2 new value chains in Normandy region, France.
Inecko assessed the project’s commercial viability, operational strategy and socio-economic impacts , in addition to market sizing and local uptake.

Inecko's founder Aurelien Leblay assessed 140 applications, wrote 70+ consensus reports and quality checked 50+ evaluation reports so far. 22 missions between 2014 et 2022.

Funding proposal dealing with economic development, SMEs finance and support, green innovation.
Inecko's founder Aurélien Leblay assessed and scored 80+ proposals to date, wrote 60+ consensus reports liaising with fellow evaluators. 7 missions since 2020. He was also a jury member and rapporteur for the Social Innovation prize 2022, managed by the EU Innovation Council.
CIRCULAR CONSTRUCTION
CIRCULAR CONSTRUCTION | For Greater Lille Authority, 2021
This project undertakes the rejuvenation of former industrial sites in Roubaix and Tourcoing based on green and circular economy, as part of a national plan.
Inecko delivered a place-based economic development strategy, operations launch, socio-economic impact measurement.

Funding proposals dealing with research and innovation (Horizon programme).
Inecko's founder Aurélien Leblay oversaw the evaluations carried out by EU academics, quality checked 40+ reports and facilitated consensus meetings. 3 missions between 2015 and 2019.
